Illinois Sheriff’s Department

The Cook County Sheriff of Illinois has one of the largest amounts of individuals to serve. This is because over half of the population of the state of Illinois live in Cook County, the home of Chicago. Through Cook County’s various sheriff’s stations there are a number of law enforcement units who are dedicated to patrolling the streets, protecting the citizens and helping to solve crimes that have been committed.
